Film synopsis

In 1941 Belfast, Northern Ireland, the German air raids threaten lives and even the zoo’s animals. When a baby elephant named Buster arrives, 12‑year‑old Tom Hall, son of the zoo’s veterinarian, teams up with his friends to keep Buster safe from being put down. They face bomb threats, community doubts, and personal growth as they hide and protect the elephant, finding friendship, courage, and hope in difficult times.
