Film synopsis
During World War II, Allied soldiers are captured and imprisoned in a Japanese labor camp, where they are forced to build the Burma Railway under brutal conditions. As some consider escape and rebellion, others choose endurance and reflection. Within the camp, differing paths to survival reveal the moral and emotional challenges of captivity and the resilience required to endure it.
