Summary

 Lead and oversee the warehouse floor team during our peak season, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Coordinate team priorities, maintain productivity and quality standards, troubleshoot issues on the floor, and keep the team focused on meeting demanding shipping deadlines.

Core Responsibilities

• Assign work and keep orders moving from picking to packing to shipping.
• Train Seasonal team members on scanning, picking, and packing.
• Check orders for quality before they ship.
• Follow and teach safety rules.
• Report daily progress to the Warehouse Manager.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Preferred Background

• 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience leading or training others.
• Comfortable with scanners and basic computer work.
• Dependable, with a calm, steady attitude.
• Able to lift [50] lbs and be on your feet all shift.

Work authorization 

You must be authorized to work in the United States.
