Film synopsis

When Hurricane Helene unleashed its fury 300 miles inland, it defied expectations, turning North Carolina's Appalachian Mountains into ground zero. Yancey County was devastated. Within hours, record-breaking flash floods and landslides ravaged the small mountain community. Roads collapsed. Power vanished. Communication failed. With no way in or out, the community became its own lifeline.
