NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. These Official Reward Rules (the “Rules”) govern the Runner 5K Challenge reward promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Angel Studios, Inc. (“Sponsor”) in connection with a virtual fitness challenge hosted on the Strava platform (the “Challenge”). This is a reward-for-completion promotion, not a sweepstakes or contest of chance: every eligible participant who satisfies the requirements below receives the same reward. There is no random drawing and no element of chance.
By joining the Challenge and participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Angel Studios, Inc., 295 W Center St, Provo, UT 84601 (“Sponsor”). The Challenge is hosted and managed on the Strava platform by Strava, Inc. (“Strava”); Strava is not the sponsor of the reward (see Section 9).
The Challenge runs from September 3, 2026 through September 18, 2026 (the “Challenge Period”), as configured on the Strava Challenge page. The “Claim Your Reward” button will remain active through October 15, 2026. Reward codes must be redeemed while Runner remains in U.S. theaters (see Section 5).
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates are eligible to participate. Participants must have, or create, a Strava account, which is subject to Strava’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
To earn the reward, a participant must, during the Challenge Period:
No purchase is necessary to join the Challenge, participate in the Promotion, or claim the reward. A free Strava account and completion of the qualifying run are the only requirements.
Any and all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs associated with the acceptance or use of the reward, are the sole responsibility of the reward recipient.
Participation in the Challenge involves physical activity, including running. Each participant should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program and participates entirely at his or her own risk. By participating, each participant acknowledges and assumes all risks of injury, illness, or damage arising out of or relating to participation, and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Strava, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Challenge or the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the reward.
The only personal information Sponsor collects in connection with the Promotion is the information provided through Sponsor’s standard ticket-checkout process at angel.com/strava; participants are not required to provide an email address to receive the reward code. Sponsor’s checkout provides an option to opt out of promotional email. Sponsor’s handling of personal information is governed by the Angel Studios Privacy Policy at https://www.angel.com/legal/privacy. A participant’s use of Strava, and any information collected by Strava, is governed by Strava’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sponsor and Strava are separate and independent data controllers and do not share participant personal data with one another in connection with the Challenge.
The Challenge is hosted on the Strava platform. This reward Promotion is sponsored solely by Angel Studios, Inc. Strava is not the sponsor of the reward, is not responsible for administering or fulfilling the reward, and is not liable for any claims arising from the Promotion or the reward. STRAVA and the Strava logo are trademarks of Strava, Inc., used with permission; all other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion, or to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the operation of the Promotion or the Challenge, has acted in violation of these Rules, or has acted in a fraudulent, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, or interruptions, or for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Strava platform, Sponsor’s systems, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Promotion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Sponsor or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the reward.
These Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion is subject to the binding individual arbitration, class-action waiver, and related dispute-resolution provisions of the Angel Studios Terms of Use (available at angel.com/legal/terms-of-use), which are administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. To the extent arbitration does not apply, any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts covering Utah County, Utah. By participating, you agree that you may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
