• Registration is open from: 2:30 p.m.

• FeatherFest: 3:00 p.m.

• The Caverns doors open: 5:30 p.m.

• The show starts: 6:30 p.m.

• The show ends: 9:00 p.m.

All times in Central Standard Time. You can enjoy FeatherFest all the way until events close or head into the cave early to get situated for the premiere.

How much are tickets?

• Individual tickets: $50

• Group tickets (up to 5 guests): $200

All tickets include access to both the FeatherFest activities and the premiere screening.

How will I receive my tickets?

All tickets for the Wingfeather Saga Season 3 Premiere and FeatherFest are digital. You’ll receive your ticket(s) by email. Please have your digital ticket ready to scan at check-in—either on your phone or as a printed copy. Each ticket grants access to both FeatherFest and the Premiere inside The Caverns.

What time does the event start and end?

Registration opens at 2:30 p.m., and the first FeatherFest activities begin at 3:00 p.m. Enjoy the festivities until doors to The Caverns open at 5:30 p.m., when you can continue exploring FeatherFest or head inside to find your seats. Grab dinner from our on-site vendors before the show begins at 6:30 p.m. The program will wrap up by 9:00 p.m., giving travelers plenty of time to return home or enjoy an overnight stay in the Pelham/Sewanee area.

What events does Featherfest include?

2:30 p.m.: Registration opens, kicking off an afternoon full of FeatherFest activities.

3:00 p.m.: Guests can enjoy walk-around characters, a production panel Q&A, and Storytime with Oskar.

3:30 p.m.: The fun continues with an actor panel and Q&A, How to Draw a Baby Chorkney, and Fang Fighting 101.

4:00 p.m.: Join the filmmaker panel and Q&A, another Storytime session, or jump into the Kubzy Tournament.

4:30 p.m.: Learn How to Draw a Snickbuzzard, join a jam session, or keep competing in the Kubzy Tournament.

KIMERAN CHALLENGE: Visit as many FeatherFest stations as you can to collect stamps on your gameboard. Earn seven or more stamps to claim a prize at the Treasury and be entered in the grand prize drawing!

JAM SESSION: Calling all musicians! Bring your instruments and join fellow bards for a casual jam in the Strander Burrow.

What will the seating be like?

Outside of some reserved seating for special guests, all seating are general admission. But don't worry, every seat in The Caverns is great!

What is the attire for the event?

Come dressed in Nashville Casual style, Wingfeather merchandise, or Kimeran-inspired costumes. Celebrate the story world however you like, comfortably and creatively! Be ready to walk, stand, and play.

What is the bag policy?

There will be security at the event and a clear bag policy. Additionally, bags larger than 12" x 6.5" x 12" are not permitted and you will be asked to return them to your car. All bags are subject to search by security.

For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or anything resembling a weapon, are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Smoking and vaping are also not allowed anywhere inside The Caverns.

Will the event still happen if the weather’s bad?

FeatherFest is a rain-or-shine event. While some shelter will be available, many activities will take place outdoors. Bring a rain jacket or umbrella just in case. We’ll also have fires throughout the grounds for warmth.

Will there be food at the event?

Our friends at The Good Food Spot and That’s a Wrap food trucks, along with Honest Coffee Roasters, will be the onsite food options, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. Come hungry and consider grabbing dinner early to avoid lines.

Complimentary family-friendly specialty drinks and popcorn will be provided at our Cavern Tavern during the main event. 

Will there be a merch booth?

A curated selection of merch inspired by The Wingfeather Saga will be available for purchase on-site.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

There’s strong Wi-Fi throughout the property, so you’ll stay connected—even while underground!

Can I tour the cave while I’m there?

Yes! In fact, we have arranged for discounted tickets for our premiere guests. Participants can go to: https://www.thecaverns.com/cave-tours and select November 6, 2025 and the time you prefer to tour the cave. Use the code, 11Wingfeather25 in the "Promo or Discount Code” box. 

This code will only work for "Guided Cave Tours" on November 6, 2025. 

What ages should attend the premiere?

This is a family-friendly event designed for all ages. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the grounds. The episodes are rated TV-Y7 FV (similar to PG) for fighting and fantasy violence.

Will members of the cast and crew be there?

Yes. Select cast and crew members will attend the premiere to meet fans, answer questions, and celebrate the launch of Season 3.

Are there complimentary tickets for children under 2?

Yes. Children ages 2 and under who will sit on a guardian’s lap do not require a ticket.
