Angel.com Virtual Receptionist is designed for the small business with basic IVR requirements. If you are a larger organization or have more complex or unique application needs, Angel.com offers a variety of Enterprise plans to meet your needs.

For the Virtual Receptionist, we offer both local and toll-free plans at two different levels. All local plans include a number in the 703 area code and all toll-free plans include an 800, 888, 877, or 866 toll-free number.

Monthly Service Fee
Angel.com billing is month-to-month and requires no contract.

Monthly Minutes
Your account includes 300 or 1,000 minutes of usage per month. You are only billed for incoming calls to your Angel.com number.

Additional Minutes
You are charged 15 cents per minute for every minute over the amount allotted to you by your plan. You can upgrade your account at any time.

Audio Storage
Angel.com provides disk space to store your voice mails and audio files you upload to personalize your Voice Sites.

Technical Support
Customer service is available through our online support center and by calling 888-My-Angel (say "support").

Usage Reporting
Track your Angel.com usage in real-time from your account.

Variables
Angel.com makes developing dynamic voice applications more efficient with point and click options for creating variables.

SmartPlay
To ensure Voice Sites are easy-to-use for your customers, SmartPlay options enable speech prompts to be read back to callers in the proper intonation. This is critical functionality for interactive applications that read data back to customers based on their requests.

Question Pages
Collect input from callers and save it for later use. You can ask for numbers, keywords, credit cards and yes/no answers.

Data Capture & Transfer
Angel.com lets you create phone solutions that use HTTP protocol to connect with existing web services and databases. This functionality is necessary for customers creating interactive voice applications that involve data transfer between their Voice Sites and back-end systems.
