What it Does

Name and Address Capture pages first attempt to collect the name and address of callers by using a reverse-directory lookup, which works in more than 90% of cases. If the name and address is not found, your auto-attendant will prompt the caller for the information and verify its accuracy through speech recognition.

How it Works

Using Site Builder, you can create Name and Address Capture pages that will post results to a web report or your existing system.
