
One of the most requested features of Angel.com customers has been added to Site Builder: Call Screening.
What it Does
For incoming calls, Angel.com's auto-attendant will let you know who is calling and what they are calling about. While the caller is on hold, you can decide to take the call, put them into voicemail, or transfer them to another extension.
How it Works
When you create a transfer page in your Voice Site, you can configure how you want calls to be screened and what commands you want to use to accept or re-route callers.
Sample Call
"You have a call from Sam Aparicio, Customer ID 3489. He has a problem with: Microsoft Word, and has been on the line for less than 2 minutes. Do you wish to accept the call, send to voicemail, or transfer to another extension?"
Target Users
Call screening can benefit any user of Angel.com. If you receive a high volume of calls, call screening will save you time by routing unwanted calls to voicemail. If you are a small or home-based business, call screening will enable you to answer the phone more professionally by knowing in advance what the call is about.
