It’s Fall but there’s still a lot blooming at Angel.com! Introducing our Fall ’09 Release. We’ve included a number of new features designed to increase scalability, improve the flexibility as well as enable your business “put the caller first” with every call, driving increased customer satisfaction as well as enhanced business efficiency. Here are some of the exciting features:
Caller FirstSM Diagnostics. Identify, track and repair problems within your voice site. With our new one-click tool, you can automatically run a report to find broken links, orphan pages, broken audio or prompts and other issues- before your callers hear them.
On-Demand Nationwide Phone Numbers. More than 30 major metropolitan areas, such as New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, are immediately accessible for Angel.com customers to add to their IVR or call center applications. An additional 300 local area codes are available upon request and are accessible within days. Learn more >>
More than double the number of Hang-Up pages. We’ve expanded the number of hang-up pages from 2 to 5 to enable a larger number of available actions and options after a call completes.
Generate random values with Logic Pages. Easily generate confirmation numbers or randomize application processes. With our latest release, random values can automatically be assigned to a variable in alpha string, number, alpha-numeric string, or number string.
Angel.com reporting enhancements. We’ve updated our reporting functionality, providing you access to double the web results displayed on all reports, improved Call Analyzer performance, and the ability to view call variables from the Call History Report.
