A classic example is the use of the Task Force Management Solution in the retail merchandising services industry. This sub-industry focuses on providing retail-level support to consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers.

Businesses in the retail merchandising industry often need rapid deployment of a large taskforce to thousands of locations within short periods of time, followed by real-time, accurate reporting. Along with the planning and logistical concerns associated with these tasks, there are issues of aligning field staff with the stores in their area, educating the field staff about task responsibilities, monitoring job status and reporting results back to headquarters. Using the NaturalInsight/Angel.com solution, the entire process is automated to be faster, simpler, and more effective.

Starting with NaturalInsight’s digital dashboards and auto-scheduler, projects are set up and scheduled within ‘hours’ instead of the ‘weeks’ that were required with the old manual processes. Employees report work from the field using Angel’s IVR system, which is set up to communicate with NaturalInsight’s data system for real-time authentication and validation. Auditing and tracking are then accomplished with bar coded faxes with NaturalFax. Centralized management and execution control is enabled with real-time status reports, alerts and notifications through NaturalInsight.

The Taskforce Management solution has helped customers realize administrative cost savings as high as 70%, sales increases of 5%, and fraud reduction of 4%.

Other customers in other industries have also benefited, not only from the collaboration of the South49 and Angel.com components, but from the flexibility of the components. NaturalInsight, NaturalFax, and Angel.com’s IVR, configured differently, have enabled a customer that provides healthcare financing services to streamline the loan application and approval process, lower administrative costs, standardize reporting, and offer self-management tools to medical professionals.

This integrated IVR, Web, and Fax solution allows healthcare providers to self-manage, request and process loan payments on-demand, 24/7. Solution features include real-time calculations of loan payments based on data called through the Angel IVR system, entered into an electronic form in NaturalInsight, and faxed by NaturalFax to the requesting doctor. Doctors follow up with a call into the IVR system, track the original loan enquiry, and record the selected payment plan – an action that triggers fax-back of final loan payment forms. The entire process is completed with no human intervention.

Another customer, a nation-wide courier service, used a slightly different configuration to allow drivers to call in delivery data (Angel IVR) from locations across the country, enable managers to run real-time reports (NaturalInsight), and deliver fax confirmations (NaturalFax) to end customers.
