In Beta: Outbound Voice Sites Now in Beta
Angel.com recently released Outbound Voice Sites in Beta. The Outbound API represents a great stride in Voice Site functionality by allowing you to develop programmatic outbound dialing campaigns initiated from your Angel.com IVR system. Through the integration with Site Builder, recipients of calls can be engaged with voice interactivity and personalization instead of just listening to a static voice message. Here's something you may have missed from our IVR Blog. Angel.com released a new application for Salesforce.com’s Appexchange. SupportByFone by Angel.com is an on-demand, speech-enabled IVR/ACD solution that phone-enables the Salesforce.com Service and Support offering. Through caller ID, the system allows customers to call and check the status of a case, update a case, open a new case or transfer directly to an agent through the SupportByFone integration.

Feature Update: Call Analyzer / Call Recording Now Available!
Angel.com’s newest feature, Call Analyzer, which gives you fully-integrated call recording for your Voice Site, is now available to all Enterprise level and Professional plan customers. Call Analyzer’s flexible recording and reporting features allow you to record and listen to an entire call or just specific portions, as well as browse, search and archive these recordings.
