What is RecordByFone?

RecordByFone by Angel.com is a fully hosted, speech-enabled IVR solution that enables salesforce.com users to automatically record calls without the need for hardware or software.

By integrating RecordByFone with a salesforce.com account, salesforce.com users receive immediate access to recordings of completed calls and detailed reporting of all data captured during the call. Users can then use Angel.com’s Call Analyzer search tool to pinpoint specific recordings that satisfy a search query.

RecordByFone is built with Angel.com’s Site Builder toolkit, which enables users to build and manage the RecordByFone system via the web. With RecordByFone, users have the option to select whether they want to record the IVR portion of a call, the post-IVR portion, or the entire call.

Solutions start at $500 per salesforce.com account. Pricing is per account, not per user.
