What is ReachByFone?

ReachByFone is a fully automated, fully hosted IVR solution that enables salesforce.com users to place outbound calls by clicking on a phone number within a lead record. ReachByFone saves time for your sales team by automatically logging the call, it’s results and follow up tasks directly into the lead record in salesforce.com. Simply bring up a lead and click on the lead’s phone number; ReachByFone calls you, then connects with the client. At the end of each call, you answer a few simple questions and ReachByFone will log call results, call details, new lead information, and can automatically add a follow up task.

ReachByFone is built with Angel.com’s Site Builder toolkit, which enables users to build and manage ReachByFone solutions via the web directly from a salesforce.com account. ReachByFone is perfect for Sales teams.

Solutions start at $500 per salesforce.com account. Pricing is per account, not per user.
