VoiceBond is an electronic signature solution that allows customers to create binding, legal signatures on documents using voice. Voicesignature LLC has teamed up with Angel.com to create applications that allow businesses to integrate VoiceBond into their environments. The basic VoiceBond process is one where a company uploads a document to be signed, the document is processed, and an end customer is given a script to read and a number to call. The customer calls an IVR application created by Angel.com, enters a transaction number, and then speaks a "Signature Script" in order to sign the document: "My name is John Doe and I hereby sign the Life Insurance Application with XYZ Insurance. I certify that I have read and understood all of the terms of this application. The signature code is A - B - C - D - 1 - 2 - 3." The final archive of the transaction includes the file that was signed, the recorded statement in .wav file form, and a document describing how the process works.
