Service Dispatching offers a range of tracking products and ASP services that are used for tracking, and interactive information providing. Our products fulfill a variety of needs such as tracking and managing service requests, project tasks, information requests and software bugs. Any organization, large or small, with centralized or distributed users, vendors and customers can benefit from our web based tracking systems.
Our products use our own mature web based tracking infrastructure installed at over 3,000 customers. To meet individual needs our products are easily customized by users with little or no programming skills. The application can be hosted on your server, our servers or we can provide our products as a service.
One of the uses of our flagship product Service Dispatcher, is to manage service maintenance requests for a convenience store chain that receives over a thousand service calls per month. They use Angel.com with Service Dispatcher for customer call in, maintenance technician tracking and automatic on demand work order status.
Technicians call in when they arrive or leave a customer site, an Angel script interactively validates them by communicating with Service Dispatcher, technician voice comments, arrival and departing times as well as job status are added to the Service Dispatcher work order.
The latest work order status is available via telephone or a web browser. "Which technician are at which sites" and "time on site" is always available. Only technicians access to a phone is required!
