Featured Integration: e-Complish
One of Angel.com's primary initiatives during 2005 is to provide new customers and prospects with an even more comprehensive set of on-demand IVR solutions. In order to accomplish that goal, Angel.com is forming partnerships with organizations which can contribute important pieces to Angel.com's set of solutions. This month's featured integration provides Angel.com customers with the capability to process customer payments via a Voice Site. We spoke with Marc Hopkins, Business Development Manager at e-Complish, to provide an overview of e-Complish and a summary of the integrated solution.
Q: What is e-Complish and what types of customers do you serve?
Based in the Washington, DC/Baltimore Metropolitan area, e-Complish is a leader in the production and design of payment solutions for high volume industries. Incorporated in 1998 by financial specialists, e-Complish was charged with the idea to provide its clients high returns with little to no investment. The scope and approach of e-Complish has been to provide financial tools that produce results without huge investments of time or money on the part of its customers.

Q: What was the business situation which caused e-Complish to turn to Angel.com, and how did you find us?
In our attempt to expand our IVR technology and to provide more creative flexibility to our current and new clients, e-Complish set out to partner with a company that could provide an on-demand IVR solution. Angel.com satisfied that need.
Q: What types of applications are you selling into your customer / prospect base?
Credit Card Processing
Our suite of easy-to-use Internet payment products were developed to minimize integration time and maximize profitability, enabling merchants to accept Internet payments without delay.
ACH Payment Processing (Automated Clearing House)
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network is an electronic batch processing system used by the Federal Reserve. ACH transactions are transmitted electronically between financial institutions.
Print and Mail (Statement Processing)
Our Print and Mail facilities will speed delivery and response times using clear and concise statement design.

Q: How do you plan to distribute Angel.com's products?
We have incorporated Angel.com into our IVR portfolio and utilize the technology for the automated processing of customer payments. We now provide two versions of IVR payment retrieval; one that is funded via a Transaction Fee, and the other that utilizes the Angel.com platform that is based on usage minutes.
Q: Tell us about the results of the solutions you've implemented through Angel.com.
Angel.com and e-Complish integrated technologies in order to produce payment processing via credit cards by way of an Angel.com Voice Site. The automation of payment processing via a Voice Site will allow new and existing Angel.com clients to process customer payments for products and services.
Q: Are you planning to rollout other Angel.com solutions?
The next solutions that will be rolled out on the Angel.com platform will be the payment processing of ACH check payments via an Angel.com Voice Site.
