CaseySoftware offers an integrated project management suite especially suited for contracting organizations with geographically distributed team members or stake holders who must share and track project-related information.
One of CaseySoftware's newest modules, SA Corridor, features an integration of Angel.com with SugarCRM. SA Corridor maintains a complete and centralized log of all customer interactions. When customer support representatives receive calls from clients, SA Corridor automatically tracks these inbound calls and immediately retrieves all related files including a display of all recent calls. Representatives may then add any additional information concerning the call and create and assign tasks to resolve the client's case. On future calls, customers may choose to speak to a representative or retrieve the latest information regarding their case via an automated system. The module further allows sales representatives the ability to leave voice messages for future filing.
