What is LeadByFone?
LeadByFone by Angel.com is a fully hosted, speech-enabled IVR solution that enables salesforce.com users to automatically capture the names and addresses of callers and place them into a salesforce.com account for easy retrieval and analysis.
By integrating LeadByFone with a salesforce.com account, salesforce.com users can gather data and create reports in real time, without the time and money expenses of traditional contact information retrieval methods. To increase data accuracy, LeadByFone features an advanced “say-and-spell” functionality and an address verification service.
LeadByFone is built with Angel.com’s Site Builder toolkit, whichenables users to build and manage LeadByFone solutions via the web directly from a salesforce.com account. Example solutions include scheduling service delivery, placing phone orders, and changing customer addresses.
Solutions start at $500 per salesforce.com account. Pricing is per account, not per user.
