Dave Rennyson
President & COO
Dave Rennyson is President and COO of Angel.com and is responsible for the company's business, product and technology strategies.
Rennyson previously served as Vice President of Sales at Angel.com for over 2 years, during which time he helped Angel.com achieve nearly 60% year on year revenue growth. He came to Angel.com from Spirent Communications, where he held positions as both Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales. As VP of Marketing, Rennyson developed and launched Spirent’s IP services, field force management and DSL solutions. As VP of Sales, he formulated account strategies and designed solutions for large telecommunications carriers including Verizon, BellSouth, Cincinnati Bell, TelMex, and Puerto Rico Telecom.
Prior to joining Spirent, Rennyson was Vice President of the Network Construction and Implementation Group at Zephion Networks, Inc., where he helped lead the company’s business development and strategic alliance efforts. He also oversaw the creation and deployment of a national OC-12 network, as well as the construction of metro fiber networks and backbone hubs spanning 28 cities across the United States. Previously, Rennyson served in a variety of capacities at Verizon, including Director of Operations.
Rennyson received a Bachelors Degree with honors in Economics from James Madison University. As a Rotary Scholar, he completed his Master’s Degree of Science in Information Technology at the Engineering and Computer Science Colleges of University College, London; and Rennyson also earned an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Steven R. Brown
Client Services
Brown brings over 10 years of experience to the Angel.com team with a diverse background ranging from real-time software development to field sales with Global 2000 clients. Brown's combination of sales experience with a technical background allows him to see Angel.com from the customer's perspective, maximizing the impact of Angel.com's technology for its customers and partners.
Brown joined the Angel.com team shortly after its inception to lead the execution of the most critical components of the business. Initially, Brown led both Product Management and the Engineering Team, guiding the development of the product until the first external release in 2001. As the priority of the venture then shifted from product development to business development, Brown stepped up to drive strategic partnerships and distribution strategy. Before joining Angel.com, Brown led sales consulting for MicroStrategy, Inc. in New York City, working with clients such as NBC, barnesandnoble.com, and Verizon. Brown holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Virginia.

Josh Mahowald
Architecture
Mahowald is a well accomplished professional with extensive experience in industry software development. Mahowald is one of the original founders of the Technology team and was responsible for some of the most seminal decisions in the first Angel.com system, leading the software development effort from 1999-2003. He is responsible for overseeing Angel.com system architecture design, software development, technology adoption and system deployment. He is also responsible for building the highly available and scalable Angel.com system to support the fast growing business.
Prior to joining Angel.com, Mahowald served as Lead Engineer at Westlaw/Thompson Legal, a subsidiary of Reuters, where he helped build highly scalable and fault tolerant systems. Mahowald is a Cum Laude graduate of Yale University with a BS in Computer Science and BA in Economics, with minor studies at NYU Law School.

Scott Haas
Operations
Haas brings nearly 20 years of leading cutting edge IT, NOC, Data Center, Help Desk and Telecommunications experience to Angel.com. As Senior Director, Operations, he is responsible for Angel.com's infrastructure, including systems reliability and scalability.
A known expert in aligning IT performance with Enterprise goals, Haas has a recognized ability to analyze and resolve complex enterprise issues quickly and thoroughly. He has a proven track-record for providing stellar support to internal and external customers, and a wide breath and depth of experience with all computer hardware, Operating Systems, Networking , productivity applications, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining the Angel team, Haas was Director of Operations at Arbinet-thexchange, a leading telecommunications exchange, where he scaled the infrastructure to support transaction growth of over 2500x while achieving an uptime of 99.999%. He also served in various management and senior technical capacities at Picture Vision (a Kodak subsidiary), Alcatel's Computer Telephony Group, Network Storage Solutions, AAC Associates, and The Associated Press. Haas holds a Bachelors degree in Corporate Communication with a minor in Anthropology from Ithaca College.

Will Guyton
Sales
Guyton leads the field and channel sales organization. He is responsible for direct sales relationships to some of our biggest current and future customers and for growing the organization’s sales initiatives.
Guyton has a strong track record of increasing revenues as well as developing, implementing and managing effective sales strategies. Prior to joining Angel.com, Guyton most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Avaya. Guyton also served as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Evincible, as Sales Director at Sideware, and as a senior associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Guyton holds an Engineering degree from the University of Texas, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, and served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy.

Kelly Starzec
Marketing
Kelly Starzec is responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate Angel.com’s market leadership position. In this role, Starzec oversees field and channel marketing, branding, advertising, marketing communications, lead generation and public relations.
Starzec has twelve years of marketing experience. Prior to joining Angel.com, Starzec was director of marketing communications for Vocus Inc., where she developed and implemented marketing programs that helped drive record revenue growth and a successful IPO. Prior to Vocus, Starzec worked in a variety of product and marketing management positions at MCI and Compaq Computer Corporation. Starzec holds a B.A from Bucknell University and a M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
