David Rennyson, Executive Vice President, Genesys Cloud
As Executive Vice President at Genesys Cloud, David Rennyson isresponsible for the overall Cloud business.
Prior to joining Genesys, David served as President of Angel, during which time he helped the company achieve nearly 60% year-over-year revenue growth before its acquisition in 2013.
David joined Angel from Spirent Communications, where he held positions as both Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales. At Spirent, David developed and launched IP services, field force management, DSL solutions, and was instrumental in growing commercial business with Verizon, BellSouth, Cincinnati Bell, TelMex, and Puerto Rico Telecom. Prior to that, David spent nearly a decade at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in various management positions, including operations, engineering, and customer delivery.
David holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Economics from James Madison University. As a Rotary Scholar, he completed his master's degree of Science in Information Technology at the Engineering and Computer Science Colleges of University College, London. David also earned an MBA at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Steve Holton, Chief Revenue Officer, Genesys Cloud
As Chief Revenue Officer, Genesys Cloud, Steve is responsible for all revenue-generating functions. Steve is a cloud veteran, having held senior-level executive positions at Webroot, Entrust and RightNow Technologies. With more than 19 years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, business development and customer support, Steve is the driving force behind Angel's global expansion into the enterprise market.
Prior to joining Genesys, Steve served as Vice President, Sales at RightNow Technologies, an on-demand, CEM solutions company, where he helped launch and execute on the company's "dust to IPO" go-to-market plan, generating $65M in revenue and 27 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, prior to its record-setting 2004 public offering.
Steve holds a B.S. from California State University in Chico, CA and an MBA from Duke University.
Don Keane, Vice President of Marketing, Genesys Cloud
As Vice President of Marketing, Genesys Cloud, Don Keane is responsible for revenue generation, marketing communications and sales support for all channels. Don is a marketing veteran with over 20 years of successful business and brand building experience at a number of world-class technology, software and Internet companies.
Prior to joining Genesys, Don was Vice President of Marketing for MicroStrategy / Angel, and Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Citrix / RingCube Technologies. Prior to Citrix, he served as Vice President of Marketing at LegalMatch and as Managing Director/Vice President at Earthlink. He has also held marketing leadership positions at Intuit, General Mills, and Rustoleum.
Don holds a B.A. from Hamilton College in NY and an MBA from UCLA. He sits on the boards of Leadverse, Inc. and iQabinet, Inc.
Michael Mateer, Senior Vice President Operations, Genesys Cloud
Michael Mateer leads the Genesys Cloud Operations teams. Mike has over 20 years of experience in Telephony Communications and multiple automated Interaction Channels. His experience in software development technologies and protocols include Voice over IP (H.323, SIP, RTP), and Traditional Telephony Protocols (C7, SS7, ISDN, DPNSS, QSIG, DASS2, and CAS). Mike also possesses over 15 years experience working with Automated Voice Self-Service technologies such as VoiceXML, IP Multimedia Sub Systems (IMS), and mobile operating systems and applications.
Prior to leading the Engineering and Ops teams at Genesys, Mike was a Vice President of Systems Development at West Interactive where he led various initiatives around Advanced Speech technologies, Automated Voice Self-Service technologies, Contact Center technologies, IP-based Communications technologies, and Emerging Interaction Channel technologies such as Social & Mobile. Mike has that rare blend of operations and engineering insight with over 20 years experience as both a software developer and as a business leader for multiple engineering and operations teams.
Mike received an A.S. in Computer Programming Technology and Systems Analyst from Gateway Electronics, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Bellevue University.
Mark Skelton, Director, Finance and Operations, Genesys Cloud
AAs Director, Finance and Operations, Mark Skelton is responsible for financial operations, planning and reporting at Genesys Cloud. Mark brings over 15 years of management experience in finance, operations and business development. Prior to joining Angel, Mark served as Manager, Services Planning and Analysis at MicroStrategy, a leading provider of business intelligence software. Mark came to MicroStrategy from Hertz Ireland, where he worked as Manager, Business Strategy and Analysis for the largest car rental provider in Ireland. Prior to joining Hertz, Mark held numerous management positions at Metrocall Wireless and Credit Agricole Indosuez. Mark holds a degree in European Administration from the University of Humberside, U.K.
David Bukovsky, Vice President Offer Management, Genesys Cloud
As Vice President, Offer Management at Genesys Cloud, David Bukovsky brings over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering market leading VoIP, Unified Communications, contact center, collaboration, video, rich messaging and mobility solutions as software, SaaS, device clients and via the web. He recently served as an executive officer and Vice President of Products at BroadSoft, a communications software and white label cloud provider for service providers. In this role, David was the global owner of product management, product marketing and solutions, including product strategy, competitiveness, pricing, roadmap, architecture, extensibility, and solution partners.
Prior to BroadSoft, David served as an executive with Cisco where he was a pioneer in launching VoIP solutions. He led Cisco's service provider voice products and solutions including managed and hosted Call Manager (now called UCaaS/Hosted Collaboration Services), the market insertion of the PGW soft switch in 500 carriers around the world, and the delivery of the cable voice solution that achieved 70% market share and powers providers such as Time Warner and Comcast.
David holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech.
