Product Management
Product Management sit at the nerve center of the company and interacts with every department —Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Operations— to ensure that Angel.com listens for and represents the voice of the existing and potential customer. Responsible for the design and launch of Angel.com products, Product Management makes strategic, long-term decisions to help steer the company towards growth and user adoption with the goal of delighting users through their experience with Angel.com

Operations
Angel.com Operations keeps Angel.com humming- with the responsibility of keeping over 150 Angel.com servers in highly-available condition. Each of the Angel.com operators is skilled in a wide cross-section of technologies and is constantly exposed to the newest in hosting technology – be it Netscaler load-balancers, multi-lan switching, or ASA firewalls. Every operator has the opportunity to rise to the highest level of responsibility that their talent and hard work can justify.

Client Services
Angel.com Client Services is where the rubber meets the road – where our technology meets the business needs of our customers. Client Services is dedicated to customer success at each step along the way – pre-sales consulting, professional services, education, and technical support. The Client Services Team works with Angel.com customers every day, and takes pride in applying technical expertise to real-world business solutions for our clients. As software experts committed to professionalism, Angel.com Client Services combine technical skills with creativity to think outside the box to help customers get the most out of Angel.com.

Marketing
Marketing at Angel.com combines creative thinking with strategic execution to communicate the Angel.com value and message to prospects and customers. Working directly with sales, product management and other Angel.com teams, Marketing continually seeks to develop the most innovative and compelling programs to attract and retain customers. Marketing leverages a full range of activities- events, public relations, direct marketing, web marketing, and more- to develop integrated campaigns and give each member of the team exposure to all that marketing has to offer.

Sales
Angel.com Sales is for people who love to help companies solve problems both big and small. The Angel.com Finance team performs the entire spectrum of financial processes for the organization from an accounting and reporting perspective. The team is tasked with analyzing data, processes, and information in an effort to provide insight to the management team for the overall improvement of the organization. Members of the finance organization are exposed all areas of financial management and to all areas of the Angel.com business.

Technology Team
The Angel.com Technology Team is dedicated to serving millions of transactions a day through hosted telephony solutions built on a flexible platform and, as such, work with multiple technologies such as VOIP, SIP, VoiceXML, CCXML, and J2EE every day. From software design and development, program management, operations, and quality engineering, Angel.com offers a variety of opportunities to gain breadth and depth of technological expertise, while working with a great team!
